WhatsApp consent

ITGURRUS sends WhatsApp messages only after you provide your mobile number and expressly agree to receive WhatsApp communications from ITGURRUS. Consent may be collected through an account form, service agreement, customer portal or another clear opt-in process. Agreeing to WhatsApp messages is not a condition of purchasing a service unless WhatsApp is the requested service channel.

WhatsApp message categories

Depending on the categories you select, messages may include service and account updates, payment due or received confirmations, expiry reminders, recovery or settlement updates, outage and restoration alerts, and support responses. We do not use WhatsApp consent to send unrelated messages.

Stopping WhatsApp messages

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a WhatsApp message or by contacting info@itgurrus.com. We will record and honour the request. You may contact us again if you later wish to resume a category of messages.

WhatsApp and Meta

WhatsApp and Meta process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We use WhatsApp information only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested communication service and do not share one customer's conversation with another customer.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may use carefully selected infrastructure and communication providers to operate our services, subject to appropriate safeguards. Records are retained only while operational, contractual, security or legal needs require.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal information, or withdraw communication consent, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
